Job summary

Komplex Care is seeking an experienced Clinical Nurse Manager to lead and manage complex care packages in clients' homes across the East Midlands. You will oversee multidisciplinary teams, design tailored care plans, and deliver ongoing clinical assessments to promote independence and dignity.

The role requires an NMC-registered nurse with strong leadership, safeguarding knowledge, and a willingness to travel across various locations. Competitive salary and benefits are on offer.

Qualifications

• Registered Nurse with NMC PIN and current UK practice
• Experience in complex care, especially with tracheostomy/ventilator care (training provided)
• Strong leadership, mentoring and clinical teaching abilities
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Understanding of safeguarding, risk assessment and care planning
• Hold a full UK driving licence and willingness to travel

Responsibilities

• Deliver personal, practical, social and emotional care to clients at home
• Design, deliver and review tailored care plans for individuals
• Provide ongoing clinical assessments of physical and psychological needs
• Lead and supervise care staff ensuring high clinical standards
• Coordinate with the MDT, families and external stakeholders
• Deliver specialist clinical training to staff and carers
• Attend clinical governance and management meetings at Head Office
• Uphold dignity, respect and independence in every interaction

What You'll Be Doing

• Delivering personal, practical, social and emotional care to clients with complex needs in their own homes
• Designing, delivering and reviewing tailored care plans for each individual
• Providing ongoing clinical assessments and support for clients' physical and psychological needs
• Leading and supervising care staff, ensuring high standards of clinical practice and compliance
• Coordinating and communicating effectively with the MDT, families, and external stakeholders
• Delivering specialist clinical training to staff and carers within care packages
• Attending and contributing to clinical governance and management meetings at Head Office
• Promoting and upholding the values of dignity, respect, and independence in every interaction
