Job summary

Superior Healthcare is recruiting a Nurse Manager to cover Mid/West Kent. You will manage a caseload of complex care clients in the community, oversee care plans, and supervise induction for new staff to ensure high-quality care.

Ideal candidates are Adult-trained RNs with an NMC PIN and at least three years post-registration, plus supervisory experience. A UK driving licence and the right to work in the UK are required; a company car is offered after probation.

• Experience in community-based complex care (e.g., spinal/brain injuries, PEG, tracheostomy care, ventilators).

Responsibilities

We are actively recruiting for a Nurse Manager to cover Mid / West Kent.

Are you a Registered Nurse with experience of working out in the community along with experience of working clinically with complex care clients?

You will be managing a caseload of complex care clients, building relationships with the clients and their families, overseeing care plans, supporting the induction of new staff into the clients, and ultimately ensuring the quality of care is delivered.

About you

• You will be an Adult trained Registered Nurse and hold a valid NMC PIN with a minimum of three years’ post-registration experience and previous supervisory / management experience.
• Experience of providing community-based care ideally complex care, such as spinal or brain injuries, PEG, tracheostomy care, ventilators.
• Able to participate in provision of the telephone based out of hours service on a rotational basis.
• You will have the right to work in the UK and hold a clean UK driving licence.
