Job summary

Superior Healthcare Group is actively recruiting a Nurse Manager to cover Hampshire and surrounding areas. You will manage a caseload of complex care clients, build relationships with clients and their families, and oversee detailed care plans.

The role requires an Adult trained Registered Nurse with a valid NMC PIN and at least three years post-registration experience. You will support induction of new staff and ensure high standards of care are delivered.

Qualifications

• Adult trained Registered Nurse with a valid NMC PIN and at least three years post-registration experience.
• Experience in community-based care, including complex care (spinal/brain injuries, PEG, tracheostomy, ventilators).
• Able to participate in telephone-based out-of-hours service on a rotational basis.
• Right to work in the UK and a clean UK driving licence.

Responsibilities

• Manage a caseload of complex care clients and coordinate care.
• Build strong relationships with clients and their families.
• Oversee and update care plans to ensure quality of care.
• Support induction and ongoing development of new staff assigned to clients.
• Cover Hampshire and potentially neighbouring counties as required.

We are actively recruiting for a Nurse Manager to cover Hampshire (south coast part of Hampshire).

Are you a Registered Nurse with some experience of working out in the community along with experience of working clinically with complex care clients?

You will be managing a caseload of complex care clients, building relationships with the clients and their families, overseeing care plans, supporting the induction of new staff into the clients, and ultimately ensuring the quality of care is delivered.

About you

• You will be an Adult trained Registered Nurse and hold a valid NMC PIN with a minimum of three years' post-registration experience.
• Experience of providing community-based care ideally complex care, such as spinal or brain injuries, PEG, tracheostomy care, ventilators.
• Able to participate in provision of the telephone based out of hours service on a rotational basis.
• You will have the right to work in the UK and hold a clean UK driving licence. Be able to manage clients in the south coast part of Hampshire, and happy to cover other parts of Hampshire and potentially parts of neighbouring counties.
