Job summary

HRS Healthcare Ltd is seeking a Nurse Manager to cover Hampshire, overseeing complex community-based care. You will be an Adult trained Registered Nurse with an NMC PIN and at least three years’ post-registration experience, capable of managing a caseload and leading a small team.

The role includes coordinating care plans, participating in out-of-hours rotas, and ensuring high-quality care with a 37.5 hour week, £50,000 salary, and benefits such as a company car after probation and a pension

Qualifications

• Adult trained Registered Nurse with a valid NMC PIN and at least three years’ post-registration experience.
• Experience in community-based care, ideally complex care (spinal/brain injuries, PEG, tracheostomy, ventilators).
• Willing to participate in telephone-based out-of-hours service on a rotational basis.
• Right to work in the UK and a clean UK driving licence; able to cover the Hampshire south coast and surrounding areas.

Responsibilities

• Manage a caseload of complex care clients and build relationships with clients and their families.
• Oversee care plans and the induction of new staff into the clients.
• Ensure the quality of care is delivered.
