Job summary

Care UK is seeking a Quality Development Manager to lead care and clinical services across the South Coast region. You will work closely with Regional Directors and Home Managers to drive excellence, ensure compliance, and shape strategies for outstanding resident care.

The role requires a Registered Nurse with an active NMC pin, a full UK driving licence, and experience in quality/governance within care homes. Competitive salary and benefits provided.

Qualifications

• Registered Nurse with active NMC Pin.
• Full UK Driving Licence with access to own vehicle.
• Quality and Governance experience, ideally in a care home setting.
• Commitment to high-quality resident care and compliance.

Responsibilities

• Work with Regional Director and Home Manager to develop care and clinical services and ensure high-quality care delivery.
• Lead development of care and clinical services and monitor KPIs such as tissue viability, nutrition, end-of-life care and medication.
• Embed best practice and monitor compliance across care and clinical initiatives.
• Analyse home data to identify trends or concerns and respond proactively.
