Job description

An amazing job opportunity has arisen for a committed Nurse Deputy Home Manager to work in an exceptional nursing home based in the Norfolk area. You will be working for one of UK's leading healthcare providers

This nursing home provides exceptional, specialised care for those in need of residential, nursing and dementia care and offers a peaceful and comfortable haven for all residents

To be considered for this position you must be qualified as a Registered Nurse with a current active NMC Pin

As the Deputy Manager your key responsibilities include:

* Alongside the Home Manager, you will manage and have responsibility for all aspects of the service in line with CQC requirements
* You will ensure the service users are receiving the highest standards of professional support experiencing life opportunities helping to promote growth and independence

The following skills and experience would be preferred and beneficial for the role:

* Previous Deputy Home Manager experience
* The ability to engage with the service users to understand their needs in order to provide excellent services of care
* Good working knowledge of CQC standards
* The ability to build and maintain excellent working relationships with external care professionals/ families/ visitors and staffing teams
* Promote ownership of care programs by fully involving service users and their families in developing/ agreeing and evaluating care programs within the home

The successful Deputy Manager will receive an excellent annual salary of GBP55,000 per annum. This exciting position is a permanent full time role working 40 hours a week from 9am to 5pm. In return for your hard work and commitment you will receive the following generous benefits:
