We are seeking an experienced and dynamic professional to join our team as the o9 Project Training Lead. SAP S/4 Hana and o9 Planning Transformation is a multiyear journey that offers a significant opportunity to transform and optimize business capabilities in service of our Vision 2030. MDLZ is adopting a Smart Field approach, reviewing processes for harmonization, improving user interfaces, creating a digital core of interconnected systems, and more.
You will be responsible for developing and implementing comprehensive training programs to ensure the successful rollout of o9 globally, working closely with project leadership, global design, and regional delivery teams.
*** This role is remote but requires the ability to work from an office when needed; locations include East Hanover, NJ, Chicago, UK, and Slovak Republic.
HOW YOU WILL CONTRIBUTE
Formulate the o9 Training Strategy:
- Develop the o9 training strategy, approach, and curriculum for the project team, key users, and end users.
- Oversee the design and development of a role-based o9 training program across the organization.
- Establish clear workflows across global, regional, teams, and with vendor content creation teams.
- Collaborate with SMEs to align training content with MDLZ business processes.
- Partner with the S4 Training Lead for program synergies.
Training Delivery:
- Work with the vendor team to create a "train the trainer" model to empower regional trainers.
- Use diverse training methods, including workshops, e-learning, and hands-on exercises, to improve user proficiency.
- Ensure training data is available to support delivery.
- Use MDLZ’s LMS to organize, distribute, and track training materials and progress.
- Monitor training effectiveness and participant proficiency.
Content Creation, Documentation, and Materials:
- Set instructional design standards and templates for engaging, informative materials tailored to MDLZ audiences.
- Manage creation of training documentation, manuals, and multimedia materials supporting the o9 Core Model and regional variations.
- Coordinate with the vendor content team and ensure translations if required.
- Update training materials regularly to reflect system updates and enhancements.
Stakeholder Management:
- Engage with SMEs, project managers, business leaders, and vendors to understand and align training needs.
- Maintain relationships with regional teams to ensure consistency in global standards.
Performance Measurement:
- Develop and implement processes to evaluate training effectiveness and proficiency.
- Gather feedback to continuously improve the curriculum.
WHAT YOU WILL BRING
Required Experience:
- 6+ years in planning, designing, and leading training programs.
- Proven large-scale training program experience.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills for engaging diverse global audiences.
- Experience partnering with leaders and influencing outcomes.
- Proficiency with LMS and e-learning tools (e.g., Workday, Articulate, Captivate).
- Ability to work across geographies and cultures with internal and external stakeholders.
- System implementation experience highly preferred.
Preferred Experience:
- Experience with o9 implementations.
Education:
- Bachelor’s degree in business administration, project management, communications, or equivalent experience.
Travel Requirements:
- Less than 10% travel required.
