Job summary

Minerva is seeking registered nurses to join our Functional Assessor program in a hybrid, permanent capacity. You will conduct Clinically-Driven assessments to understand how disabilities or health conditions impact daily living and generate precise, evidence-based reports for DWP decisions.

The role emphasizes clinical skill development, CPD support, and patient-centered care. The position offers flexible hours across full-time or part-time options, with a focus on ongoing revalidation,

Qualifications

• NMC-registered adult or mental health nurse with UK post-registration experience.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Proficient in using computer software to type and prepare detailed reports.
• Comfortable handling complex cases and diverse conditions.

• An NMC-registered adult or mental health nurse with at least 1 year’s broad post-registration experience in the UK
• A proactive and keen learner with excellent oral and written communication skills
• Someone comfortable using computer software to type and produce detailed reports
• An expert clinician comfortable working with a diverse range of conditions, including complex cases and mental health conditions
