Worley is seeking a UK Nuclear Sector Lead to shape market strategy, drive growth, and engage with government, regulators and operators from its Glasgow hub. You’ll lead major nuclear programmes, build executive relationships, and set execution strategies across the lifecycle from bids to delivery.

The role requires deep sector networks, a proven track record in securing large contracts, and a passion for safety, innovation, and capability development within a diverse, high-performing team.

Competenze

• Extensive leadership and management experience within the commercial nuclear sector.
• Proven track record in securing large contracts and frameworks.
• Established network across government, operators, OEMs and Tier 1 contractors.
• In-depth understanding of the UK nuclear market, including regulatory environment, delivery models.
• Knowledge of EPC, PMC and Owner’s Engineer delivery models.
• Strong governance, risk management and decision-making capabilities.

Mansioni

• Lead development and implementation of Worley’s Nuclear strategy in the UK.
• Drive sector revenue growth, pipeline development and positioning.
• Identify and secure opportunities across civil nuclear including new build and SMR developments.
• Build partnerships with government, operators, vendors and other market leaders to secure UK opportunities.
• Provide continuity from capture to execution on major nuclear programmes.
