First Recruitment Group is seeking a Proposals Co-Ordinator (Tender Co-Ordinator) for a contract role in Leatherhead, Surrey. You will support the bid lifecycle from ITT through to submission, coordinating responses, templates and document production for UK nuclear and government opportunities.

Qualifications

• 3–5 years bid management experience, preferably in nuclear/government sector.
• Advanced Microsoft Word skills; strong written English and attention to detail.
• Office-based with flexibility: 3 days in the office, extended hours to meet bid deadlines.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate the preparation, review and submission of bids and related responses.
• Prepare proposal templates and formatting to ensure client requirements and branding.
• Manage document production, proofreading, version control and QA of proposal documents.
• Track reviewer comments and coordinate incorporation of feedback during proposal development.
• Maintain bid schedules, trackers and submission plans to meet deadlines.
• Liaise with technical, commercial, legal, quality, HSE and supply chain stakeholders.
