Qualifications

• 2-5 years in industrial landscape minimum, 5 to 10 years for Senior Proposal Manager.
• Refined commercial acumen and project management capabilities.
• Enthusiastic approach to work and a positive team player.
• Very good numeracy skills. Advanced capabilities in Microsoft Excel.
• Knowledge of additional IT tools (SAP, D365, PowerBI, PRIME).
• Knowledge of nuclear utility buying practices.
• Limited domestic travel may be required.

Responsibilities

• Prepare the offer Division of Responsibility Matrix.
• Develop and manage the offer schedule, ensuring all deliverables are met.
• Identify RFQ requirements and coordinate inputs for completion.
• Organize bid/no bid, kick-off, and offer status review meetings.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams for bids.
• Confirm LOA requirements and develop LOA documents.
• Support financial objectives of the business segment.
