Qualifications

• GCSE English and Maths at Grade 4/C or above (or equivalent).
• 3 A Levels at Grade C or above, preferably in Maths/Science/IT.
• T Level Pass (core component Grade C or above).
• BTEC Extended Diploma at MMM (Merit, Merit, Merit).
• Equivalent Level 3 qualification (e.g., NVQ3 or Access to Higher Education Diploma).

Responsibilities

• Lead multi-skilled teams and manage stakeholder expectations.
• Assess risks and navigate complexities of large-scale projects.
• Deliver projects on time, within budget, and to required quality.
