Job summary

Babcock International in the United Kingdom is offering a four-year Project Management Degree Apprenticeship designed to develop future project managers while you study for a BSc in Project Management.

You’ll work on real projects, contribute to time, cost, and quality targets, and rotate through functions from design to in-service support, gaining both technical and soft skills. This role includes exposure to security clearances and professional development opportunities.

Qualifications

• Level 2 English and Maths at Grade 4/C or above (GCSE Maths and English at Grade C or above are also acceptable).
• 3 A Levels at Grade C or above, preferably in Maths, Science or IT.
• A T Level Pass (with Grade C or above in the core component).
• A BTEC Extended Diploma at Grade MMM (Merit, Merit, Merit).
• An equivalent Level 3 qualification, such as an NVQ Level 3 or Access to Higher Education Diploma.

Responsibilities

• Work on real projects, ensuring we meet time, cost, and quality requirements.
• Lead and support multi-disciplinary teams across project lifecycles.
• Develop practical skills through live projects while studying for a BSc.

Education
