Job summary

As a Project Management Degree Apprentice at Babcock, Devonport, Plymouth, you’ll work toward a BSc in Project Management while contributing to national security projects from day one.

You’ll gain real-world experience, learn from industry experts, and develop the skills to lead multi-skilled teams, manage stakeholders, and deliver projects on time, within budget, and to a high standard.

Qualifications

• Level 2 English and Maths at Grade 4/C or above (GCSE English/Maths accepted).
• 3 A Levels at Grade C or above, in Maths/Science/IT preferred.
• BTEC Extended Diploma at Grade MMM (Merit, Merit, Merit).
• Equivalent Level 3 qualification such as NVQ3 or Access to HE Diploma.

Responsibilities

• Lead multi-skilled teams and manage stakeholder expectations.
• Assess risks and deliver projects on time, cost, and quality.
