Job summary

Babcock is offering a four-year Project Management Degree Apprenticeship in Bristol. You’ll work toward a BSc in Project Management while contributing to national security projects, gaining real-world experience, and developing leadership and stakeholder-management skills.

You’ll deliver multi-disciplinary projects, learn risk management, and progress toward an Assistant Project Manager role on completion of the programme.

Qualifications

• GCSEs English and Maths at Grade 4/C or above, or an equivalent Level 2 qualification.
• 3 A Levels at grade C or above, preferably in related subjects such as Maths, Science, or IT.
• T Level Pass (with a grade C+) or BTEC Extended Diploma (MMM).
• Strong communication, teamwork, organisational skills, attention to detail, and a passion for project management.
• Security clearance prerequisites including BPSS and Security Check (SC); sole UK national eligibility.

Responsibilities

• Support planning and delivery of Maintenance Periods for in-service UK submarines.
• Lead multi-disciplinary teams and manage stakeholder expectations.
• Deliver large-scale, high-impact projects within the SSE programme.
