Job summary

Westinghouse Electric Company is seeking a Program Procurement Lead to manage procurement strategies and contracting for nuclear project delivery from concept to close. You will interface with Business Unit, Engineering, Quality, HSE and Project Managers across Europe, traveling 10–20% as needed.

Based in the UK, the role requires advanced English, strong commercial acumen and a track record in EPIC/EPCM procurement. Report to the EMEA Manager, Projects Procurement.

Qualifications

• Experience leading EPIC/ EPCM project procurement activities.
• Development of sourcing & procurement strategies with cross-functional teams.
• Strong commercial relationship skills with internal customers and suppliers.
• Familiarity with NEC/FIDIC regulations and contractual frameworks.
• Ability to travel within Europe (10–20%).

Responsibilities

• Conduct all pre and post award project procurement activities for EPC/EPIC/EPCM projects.
• Develop sourcing and procurement strategies with Offer and Project Teams.
• Establish pricing, delivery terms and conditions to satisfy requirements.
• Prepare and coordinate RFx processes and sourcing strategies.
• Lead RFx development, pricing, and contract negotiations for complex materials and services.
• Analyze cost elements and develop cost-improvement strategies.
• Maintain relationships with key suppliers and stakeholders to resolve contract issues.
• Drive supplier risk management and resilience.
