Job summary

Vulcain Engineering UK seeks a Senior Project Manager to lead the Main Control Room programme at Hinkley Point C in Somerset. The role requires strong delivery leadership, stakeholder management, and NEC3/NEC4 contract familiarity, with on-site management of multidisciplinary teams to meet milestones.

Qualifications

Senior project management experience in nuclear, energy or infrastructure sectors.
Strong customer and stakeholder management experience.
Experience delivering complex engineering, construction or industrial programmes.

Responsibilities

Act as the primary UK-based interface between the project team and key customer stakeholders.
Drive delivery performance across engineering, manufacturing, installation and completion activities.
Lead stakeholder engagement and establish strong working relationships at all levels.
Coordinate multidisciplinary teams to ensure project milestones and objectives are achieved.
Manage project risks, issues, actions and recovery plans.
Support contract administration activities within an NEC3 framework.
Monitor project progress and implement robust reporting and governance practices.
Capture and implement lessons learned to support future programme phases.
