Job summary

Egis UK is seeking a Senior Project Manager to lead complex workstreams on a major nuclear programme. The role is UK-wide, with a hybrid working model, and requires turning strategic objectives into executable plans while maintaining schedule, cost and risk controls.

You will lead multidisciplinary teams across engineering, manufacturing, procurement, logistics and construction, ensuring safe, on-time delivery and quality.

Qualifications

• Substantial experience leading major projects in nuclear, energy, infrastructure or other highly regulated environments.
• Strong command of scope, schedule, cost, risk, governance and performance reporting.
• Proven ability to lead multidisciplinary teams and influence senior stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Own end-to-end delivery of complex project workstreams with clear scope, plans and milestones.
• Maintain integrated schedules, budgets and resource plans with baselines and forecasts.
• Lead multidisciplinary teams across engineering, commercial, supply chain and delivery functions.
• Own risk, opportunity, change and dependency management to protect outcomes.
• Provide concise reporting to senior governance forums with clear recovery actions.
• Manage suppliers and delivery partners against contractual commitments and maintain relationships.
• Champion safety, quality, collaboration and continuous improvement.
