Job summary

Cavendish Nuclear is hiring a Process Engineering Manager to lead multidisciplinary teams across complex nuclear infrastructure projects at Warrington or Preston. The role focuses on guiding projects from concept to delivery, ensuring safety, quality and regulatory compliance.

You will mentor staff, manage resources, and drive continuous improvement within a hybrid on-site pattern (three days on site). A Chartered Engineer status is preferred and SC security clearance is required.

Qualifications

• Proven experience leading multidisciplinary engineering teams on complex process-led projects.
• Experience with quality, safety, regulatory, and technical assurance standards.

Responsibilities

• Lead and coordinate multidisciplinary engineering teams to deliver projects safely, on time, and within budget.
• Manage engineering activities across full lifecycle from concept to delivery.
• Collaborate with customers, stakeholders and project teams to resolve technical and delivery challenges.
• Ensure outputs comply with quality, safety and regulatory requirements.
• Develop engineering capability through mentoring and continuous improvement.
