Job summary

Cavendish Nuclear is seeking a Principal Process Engineer to provide leadership across bids and early-stage project definition within the Business Winning team. Hybrid working arrangements are available at our UK sites, including Warrington, with travel as required.

You will lead process engineering elements of bids, develop scopes and resource plans, ensure quality and compliance, produce technical reports, and mentor others while interfacing with multiple disciplines.

Qualifications

• Significant demonstrable experience in a relevant engineering discipline.
• Strong communication and influencing skills.
• Experience managing teams delivering technical activities.
• Ability to interface with multiple disciplines and stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Lead the process engineering elements of bids.
• Develop and deliver engineering scope, schedules and resource plans.
• Ensure technical integrity, compliance, and quality.
• Produce and review technical reports and verification plans.
• Promote engineering best practice and mentor others.
