WSP is seeking a Major Programme Technical Delivery Lead to drive mobilisation, integration and delivery of critical nuclear programmes in the UK. You will lead cross-functional teams and establish robust governance to ensure safe, assured and commercially successful outcomes.

In this role, you will work closely with clients, regulators and partners, shaping strategy and execution, and developing the next generation of technical delivery leaders within WSP’s nuclear practice.

Qualifications

• Proven experience leading technical delivery within high-value programmes in civil or defence nuclear environments.
• Strong track record across the programme lifecycle, including strategy, optioneering, business case, design, procurement, construction and handover.
• Credibility with senior clients and stakeholders, and ability to build trusted relationships.

Responsabilités

• Lead mobilisation, integration and technical delivery of major nuclear programmes, translating client requirements into safe, assured outcomes.
• Build and lead multidisciplinary teams across engineering, design, commercial, controls, procurement, construction, environment and assurance.
• Establish governance, technical assurance and decision-making frameworks for highly regulated environments.
• Manage complex interfaces across clients, partners, disciplines and supply chains.
• Create collaborative delivery cultures within alliancing and enterprise delivery models.
• Support major bids and strategic pursuits with embedded technical delivery considerations.
• Develop future leaders through coaching and capability building.
• Mobilise expertise across WSP's UK and global businesses to solve client challenges.
• Define a differentiated nuclear delivery approach built on technical excellence, integration and predictable outcomes.
