Job summary

Vulcain Engineering UK is seeking an experienced IT Integration Lead to drive planning, coordination and delivery of technology solutions for a large-scale nuclear programme based in Bristol, with a hybrid working arrangement.

You will act as the focal point for business and technology integration, leading a multi-disciplinary delivery team and collaborating with engineering, planning and digital delivery functions to ensure solutions meet project requirements and regulatory needs.

Qualifications

• Proven track record delivering complex IT, digital, or systems integration programmes.
• Experience in highly regulated environments such as nuclear or major construction.
• Ability to develop and manage integrated project plans with multiple stakeholders.
• Experience leading cross-functional teams in a matrix organisation.
• Strong stakeholder engagement and governance awareness.

Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain the roadmap for technology and digital solutions.
• Define end-to-end implementation plans for business-critical systems.
• Ensure solutions align with milestones, dependencies and business needs.
• Act as the primary technology interface between programme teams and digital functions.
• Lead a multi-disciplinary delivery team of specialists and planners.
• Support governance, change control and risk management activities.
• Facilitate workshops to gather requirements and enable decision-making.
• Translate operational needs into practical technology solutions.
