Qualifications

• Proven experience delivering complex IT, digital or systems integration programmes.
• Experience in regulated environments such as nuclear, energy, infrastructure, defence, transportation, utilities or major construction programmes.
• Ability to develop and manage integrated project plans with multiple stakeholders and disciplines.
• Experience leading cross-functional teams in a matrix organisation.
• Excellent communication and facilitation capabilities.

Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain the roadmap for technology and digital solutions supporting programme delivery.
• Define end-to-end implementation plans for business-critical systems and applications.
• Ensure technology solutions are delivered in line with project milestones, dependencies and business requirements.
• Act as the primary technology interface between programme teams and wider digital functions.
• Build strong working relationships with engineering, construction, planning and business stakeholders.
• Facilitate workshops and working groups to gather requirements and support decision-making.
• Lead the capture and validation of functional and business requirements.
• Translate operational and engineering needs into technology solutions.
• Ensure consistency and integration across multiple systems, platforms and workstreams.
• Lead a multi-disciplinary delivery team consisting of technical specialists, business architects, planners and subject matter experts.
• Support governance, change control and risk management activities.
