With operations in 17 countries and employing over 6,000 staff worldwide, our business responds to the needs of our clients by delivering high-value engineering expertise tailored to our clients’ most complex challenges.

In the UK, we have a key focus in the Nuclear sector, contributing to ground breaking projects, such as Hinkley Point C (HPC).

The Position: IT Integration Lead - Nuclear

We are seeking an experienced IT Integration Lead to drive the planning, coordination and delivery of technology solutions across a large-scale engineering and construction programme.

Working within a complex, multi-disciplinary environment, you will act as the focal point for business and technology integration. You will collaborate with engineering teams, programme specialists, planners, architects and digital delivery functions to ensure that technology capabilities are delivered in line with project requirements and operational needs.

Some of the main responsibilities of the IT Integration Lead will include:

  • Develop and maintain the roadmap for technology and digital solutions supporting programme delivery.
  • Define and oversee end-to-end implementation plans for business-critical systems and applications.
  • Ensure technology solutions are delivered in line with project milestones, dependencies and business requirements.
  • Act as the primary technology interface between programme teams and wider digital functions.
  • Build strong working relationships with engineering, construction, planning and business stakeholders.
  • Facilitate workshops and working groups to gather requirements and support decision-making.
  • Lead the capture and validation of functional and business requirements.
  • Translate operational and engineering needs into technology solutions.
  • Ensure consistency and integration across multiple systems, platforms and workstreams.
  • Lead a multi-disciplinary delivery team consisting of technical specialists, business architects, planners and subject matter experts.
  • Support governance, change control and risk management activities.

This is an excellent opportunity for an individual who enjoys operating at the intersection of technology, engineering and programme delivery, bringing together multiple stakeholders to create practical, scalable digital solutions.

Preferred Profile:

Alongside a commitment to our values of Care & Compassion, Performance, Team Spirit, and Inclusiveness, we are looking for individuals who can bring the following:

  • Demonstrable experience delivering complex IT, digital or systems integration programmes.
  • Previous experience working within highly regulated environments such as nuclear, energy, infrastructure, defence, transportation, utilities or major construction programmes.
  • Proven ability to develop and manage integrated project plans involving multiple stakeholders and disciplines.
  • Experience leading cross-functional teams in a matrix organisation.
  • Strong stakeholder engagement and relationship management skills.
  • Knowledge of project delivery methodologies, risk management and governance frameworks.
  • Excellent communication, presentation and facilitation capabilities.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to make data-driven decisions.
  • Experience supporting large engineering, EPCM or infrastructure projects.
  • Understanding of engineering information systems and construction technology environments would be beneficial but not required
  • Knowledge of nuclear industry practices and associated regulatory frameworks would be beneficial but not required

Please note that visa sponsorship is not guaranteed and is assessed on a case-by-case basis, depending on role criticality and project needs. Many of our UK projects require high-level security clearance, meaning we can often only consider candidates with an existing, indefinite right to work in the UK. Exceptionally, we may consider visa sponsorship for applicants with niche experience aligned to our core work (e.g. EPR/nuclear new build).

We also offer a benefits package, both standard and enhanced, which is designed to support your wellbeing, development, and financial future, including:

  • 25 Days Annual Leave + Bank Holidays, with the ability to swap bank holidays for cultural or religious celebrations
  • Enhanced Maternity, Paternity, Adoption and Neonatal Care Leave
  • Employee Referral Scheme
  • Private Medical & Dental Insurance
  • Electric Vehicle Scheme
  • Cycle to Work Scheme
  • Training & Development, including additional qualifications and accreditations relevant to your role
  • Travel Insurance – for both business and personal travel
  • Employee Assistance Programme
