Job summary

Amey is seeking an Assistant Architect to join our Advisory team in the UK. You will assist with designs, drawings and technical documentation, supporting senior professionals to deliver quality projects across diverse accounts and disciplines.

We value candidates with RIBA Part 2, Associate Membership, and a solid grasp of architectural theory, CAD/BIM tools, and multidisciplinary collaboration. Opportunities for progression and professional development are offered.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Architecture with RIBA Part 2 accreditation.
• Associate Membership of RIBA desirable.
• Understanding of architectural theory and principles applied in practice.
• Competence in relevant design software and analytical tools.
• Strong communication and collaboration across multidisciplinary teams.

Responsibilities

• Assist in producing technically sound architectural solutions.
• Support preparation of designs, drawings, calculations and project documentation.
• Work with architects, engineers and multidisciplinary teams to deliver outcomes.
• Contribute to scheme deliverables while meeting quality, cost and programme objectives.
• Follow CDM regulations and manage risks on projects.
