Qualifications

• Registered as an Architect with the Architects Registration Board (ARB).
• Chartered Member of the Royal Institute of British Architects (RIBA).
• Proficient in AutoCAD, Revit, SketchUp and BIM tools.
• Familiar with Contract Forms, Building Regulations and health and safety legislation.

Responsibilities

• Provide multi-discipline leadership and coordination across RIBA Stages.
• Take ownership of tasks and support projects from conception to completion.
• Prepare and check designs, calculations, drawings and documentation for scheme deliverables.
• Ensure governance processes and technical assurance are followed.
• Take responsibility for commercial success and budget control within the portfolio.
• Compile and present regular project portfolio update reports.
• Collaborate with client and Amey stakeholders to achieve objectives.
• Lead bids and contribute to technical and commercial offers with accountability to the bid director.
