Job summary

Fawkes & Reece London is seeking a Traffic Marshall (gateman) for an on-site role in Blackpool. You will man the gate, supervise site traffic, and ensure deliveries and contractors park in line with site safety policies.

You’ll work under the Project Manager, Site Manager and Assistant Site Manager, holding a valid CSCS card and CPCS/NPORS Traffic Marshall or Vehicle Banksman card. Provide two work references and prove eligibility to work in the UK.

Qualifications

• Must hold a valid CSCS card.
• CPCS/NPORS Traffic Marshall / Vehicle Banksman card required.
• Two checkable work references and proof of eligibility to work in the UK.

Responsibilities

• Manning the gate on-site.
• Working under the supervision of the Project Manager, Site Manager and Assistant Site Manager.
• Ensuring contractors are parking as per the site safety policy.
• Controlling flow of traffic when deliveries enter the site.
• Securing barrier protection around the site and ensuring fencing is secure.

The role

• Securing barrier protection around the site and making sure the fencing is secure

Please note there is no welfare responsibilities involved in this role

About you

• It is required that you hold a valid CSCS card
• CPCS / NPORS Traffic Marshall / Vehicle Banksman card
• You must also be able to provide two checkable work references and proof of your eligibility to work in the UK
