Job summary

O’Neill and Brennan is seeking an experienced NPORS Traffic Marshal for a temporary assignment on a busy construction site near Filton, Bristol. The role focuses on controlling vehicle movements, directing deliveries, and maintaining safe pedestrian routes.

The ideal candidate will hold an NPORS Traffic Marshal/Banksman ticket, preferably CSCS, with previous site experience and strong communication and safety awareness. A full PPE kit is required; immediate start and weekly pay are offered.

Qualifications

• NPORS Traffic Marshal/Banksman ticket is required.
• CSCS card preferred.
• Prior construction site experience required.
• Full PPE: hard hat, hi-vis, safety boots and gloves.
• Strong communication and awareness of site safety procedures.
• Ability to report hazards and incidents per health and safety rules.

Project: Construction Site. Duration: Temporary

We are currently looking to speak with experienced NPORS Traffic Marshal for potential upcoming work on a busy construction project near Filton, Bristol. This is a fantastic opportunity for a reliable and safety‑conscious operative to join a professional site team with an immediate start available.

Responsibilities

• Safely control vehicle and plant movements around site
• Direct deliveries and manage site access
• Maintain safe pedestrian walkways
• Communicate effectively with drivers, plant operators, and site personnel
• Ensure all traffic management procedures are followed
• Report hazards, near misses, and incidents in line with site health & safety requirements

Requirements

• Valid NPORS Traffic Marshal/Banksman ticket
• CSCS card (preferred)
• Previous construction site experience
• Full PPE (hard hat, hi-vis, safety boots, gloves)
• Excellent communication skills
• Strong awareness of site safety and traffic management procedures
