Job summary

Fawkes & Reece in the Bordon area is seeking a Traffic Marshall for an active development project. You will help manage site access, direct vehicle movements, and support safety with barrier protection.

The role requires a current CSCS card and a Traffic Marshall or Vehicle Banksman qualification; some prior site experience is preferred. You will work under the Project Team to keep deliveries flowing smoothly and maintain security on site.

Qualifications

• CSCS card required.
• Traffic Marshall / Vehicle Banksman qualification.
• Previous site experience preferred but not essential.

Responsibilities

• Direct vehicle movements and regulate site traffic.
• Ensure security and barrier protection around the site.

The role:

As the Traffic Marshall for the development, you will be responsible for:

• Working under the supervision and management of the Project Manager, Site Manager and Assistant Site Manager.
• Ensuring contractors are parking as per the site safety policy.
• Controlling flow of traffic when deliveries enter the site.
• Securing barrier protection around the site and making sure the fencing is secure.
• Please note there is no welfare responsibilities involved in this role.

About you:

• Some previous experience is preferred but not essential.
