Job summary

Places Leisure is seeking a Duty Manager to lead a large team and ensure efficient day-to-day operations at our leisure centre. You will recruit, train and support staff while providing excellent customer service and overseeing centre activities.

Flexibility is needed for shifts, including evenings, weekends and public holidays. A NPLQ qualification is essential and first aid experience is advantageous.

Qualifications

• Experience in a supervisory/management capacity within a leisure facility.
• First aid experience would set you apart.
• NPLQ qualification is essential.

• Manage, recruit and train staff.
