Job summary

Freedom Leisure is seeking a Duty Manager to lead a team across our leisure centre. You will oversee day-to-day operations, ensure top-class customer service, and support events and activities that benefit the local community.

The role requires managing a team, coordinating shifts on a 37-hour rota, and a commitment to high standards. NPLQ qualification is required or training provided. Salary up to £26,834 per annum.

Qualifications

• Experience in duty management or similar role.
• Experience solving problems and delivering great customer service.
• Ability to manage and motivate a team of operational staff.

Responsibilities

• Actively manage and develop and motivate a team of operational staff.
• Be responsible for day-to-day duty management and running of the leisure centre to the highest standard.
• Contribute to budgetary and performance targets for the centre.
• Be a proactive member of the leisure centre team, with input on events and activities.
• Support customers and help plan the centre's services to improve lives through leisure.
