Overview
This position is responsible for utilizing specialized equipment and, under the supervision of a qualified physician, performing procedures on patients. The Cardiovascular Tech Student acts as a first assistant during diagnostic and therapeutic vascular procedures.
Required: Must have completed sufficient clinical hours in an accredited cardiovascular technology program, allowing the student to count employed hours towards graduation requirements.
