About the Role

This is a fantastic opportunity for an experienced lawyer ready to lead, develop others, and deliver life‑changing outcomes for our clients. In this role, you will:

  • Lead, mentor, and supervise a high‑performing family law team
  • Work collaboratively with your team to plan strategies and resolve cases
  • Set clear team objectives and monitor performance with care and accountability
  • Help team members grow through coaching, support, and continuous feedback
  • Ensure excellent client service demonstrating knowledge, experience and creativity.
  • Promote innovation, efficiency, and high standards across the team
  • Develop rapport and trust with new and existing clients
Who We Are Looking For?

We’re looking for a strong leader who brings:

  • Proven experience managing or supervising legal teams
  • Over 10 years oflitigation experience, ideally in matrimonial finance and/or private children’s law
  • A strategic mindset and commercial awareness
