Job summary

JT Recruit Ltd seeks a NPU Supervisor in Leicester to support the Notice Processing Unit Team Manager in delivering efficient administration for Civil Parking Enforcement, including PCNs, residents’ permits, and camera enforcement operations.

You will lead a team, manage workload and staff development, engage with partners and stakeholders, and contribute to budget monitoring and reporting. Strong management experience and incident response skills are essential.

Qualifications

• ILM3 / NVQ Level 4 (Business & Administration) with documented relevant and recent management experience.
• Substantial relevant experience in managing/supervising staff including performance management.
• Experience of dealing with irate or distressed customers with diplomacy and professionalism.

Responsibilities

• Lead and supervise the Penalty Charge Notices (PCN) and Residents’ Permits team.
• Provide strategic and technical advice to Members, partners and stakeholders.
• Manage workload, training needs, and budget of the unit.
• Prepare and present reports for Senior Management and other boards.
• Ensure compliance with health and safety policies and information security.
