Cooper Parry invites graduates and school leavers to join its Not-for-Profit Audit team, focusing on charities, educational institutions, and purpose-driven organisations. You’ll gain broad exposure across Private Business, Big Business, and Pensions while studying ACA with on-the-job training.

The role starts in May 2027 with structured assessment dates. You’ll work in a collaborative environment that values curiosity, detail, and timely delivery of high-quality audit work.

Qualifications

• Degree completed by start date and 3 A Levels (BBC) including one numerical or business subject.
• School leavers must meet the same A Level requirements.
• Willingness to study ACA while working; about 3 years for graduates or 4 years for school leavers.
• Interest in audit for not-for-profit sectors and making a real difference.

Responsabilités

• Reviewing client information such as invoices, bank statements and payroll reports.
• Assessing accuracy and reliability of financial data.
• Attending client year-end stock takes (potential weekends around Christmas).
• Speaking with client finance teams to understand systems and processes.
• Assisting in preparing financial statements using audit software.
• Working in small teams to perform financial testing and contribute to audit reports.
• Meeting deadlines and supporting the team to deliver high-quality work.
