Cooper Parry, a dynamic Midlands-based accountancy firm, invites graduates and school leavers to start an Audit career in our Not-for-Profit team. You’ll audit charities, educational institutions and purpose-driven organisations, with exposure to Private Business, Big Business and Pensions for a well-rounded foundation.

The role begins May 2027 with ACA qualification support, and assessment centres on set dates. A flexible, growth-oriented environment awaits.

Qualifications

• Graduates must have a completed degree by start date and 3 A Levels (BBC) including a numerical or business subject.
• School leavers must meet the same A Level requirements.
• We support ACA qualification and provide a structured learning pathway.

Responsabilités

• Reviewing and documenting client information – invoices, bank statements, payroll reports.
• Assessing the accuracy and reliability of financial data.
• Attending client year-end stocktakes (sometimes weekends/around Christmas).
• Speaking with client finance teams to understand systems and processes.
• Assisting in preparing financial statements using our audit software.
• Working in small teams to carry out financial testing and contribute to audit reports.
• Meeting deadlines and supporting your team to deliver high-quality work.
