Job summary

Cooper Parry invites graduates and school leavers to start an audit career focused on charities, educational institutions and mission-driven organisations. You'll also gain exposure to Private Business, Big Business, and Pensions to build a well-rounded foundation in financial and mission-led auditing.

You’ll study for the ACA qualification through college and on-the-job learning, with a typical 3‑year path for graduates or 4 years for school leavers, supported by your team and a dedicated

Qualifications

• Completed degree by start date; 3 A Levels at BBC including numerical or business subject.
• School leavers: same A Level requirements.
• Genuine interest in audit and learning ACA qualification.

Responsibilities

• Reviewing and documenting client information—invoices, bank statements, payroll reports.
• Assessing accuracy and reliability of financial data.
• Attending client year-end stocktakes (sometimes weekends/around Christmas).
• Communicating with client finance teams to understand systems and processes.
• Assisting in preparing financial statements using audit software.
• Working in small teams to perform financial testing and contribute to audit reports.
• Meeting deadlines and supporting the team to deliver high-quality work.
