- Monitor and achieve onsite KPIs and performance standards.
- Lead pre-start, pre-fit, and sign-off meetings across projects.
- Identify and implement improvements to installation processes.
- Complete administrative tasks and reporting.
- Identify opportunities to grow and develop the installation team.
