Job summary

Wren Kitchens is seeking a Contracts Field Installation Manager to oversee installation services across the Reading and Guildford area. You will work with subcontracted fitters to ensure projects meet high-quality standards, timescales, and KPIs.

You will recruit installers, coordinate teams, monitor performance, and lead meetings across projects. This role offers growth opportunities and a chance to shape installation processes in a fast-growing company.

Qualifications

• Experience managing onsite installations with subcontractors.
• Strong organisational skills with ability to prioritise workload.
• Excellent written and verbal communication.
• Flexible approach to working hours and responsibilities.
• High attention to detail with focus on quality.
• CSCS card or SSSTS certification required.

Responsibilities

• Recruit and onboard installers to support new customer requirements.
• Coordinate installation teams to deliver quality service and meet targets.
• Monitor and achieve onsite KPIs and performance standards.
• Lead pre-start, pre-fit, and sign-off meetings across projects.
• Identify and implement improvements to installation processes.
• Complete relevant administrative tasks and reporting.
• Identify opportunities to grow and develop the installation team.
