Wren Kitchens is seeking a Contracts Field Installation Manager to lead installation services across the North West. You will work with subcontracted fitters to ensure high-quality delivery within timescales and KPIs.

About The Role

Key Responsibilities

• Recruit and onboard installers to support new customer requirements
• Coordinate installation teams to deliver quality service and meet targets
• Monitor and achieve onsite KPIs and performance standards
• Lead pre-start, pre-fit, and sign-off meetings across projects
• Identify and implement improvements to installation processes
• Complete relevant administrative tasks and reporting
• Identify opportunities to grow and develop the installation team

You must comply with all Health & Safety policies, procedures, and responsibilities outlined within the Integrated Management System

• Valid CSCS card or SSSTS certification required
