PRIMIS Mortgage Network is seeking experienced Mortgage & Protection Brokers to join its long‑established advisory operation, flexible, remote, and fully self‑employed.

Realistic OTE £60k–£90k in year one with 10–15 warm leads monthly, high average loan sizes, and strong commission splits across a nationwide UK footprint.

Support package included and full lender panel access; no network fees and admin help in early months.

Qualifications

• CeMAP 123 qualified Mortgage & Protection broker.
• Self-employed with access to flexible remote working and verified leads.
• Experience in mortgage advisory and protection products.

Responsibilities

• Provide mortgage and protection advisory services to clients.
• Manage client relationships and close deals.
• Utilize warm leads and remote tools to grow business.

Mortgage Advisor - Self Employed - Home Working + Leads provided

PRIMIS Mortgage Network are seeking approaches from fully qualified (CeMAP 123) Mortgage & Protection Brokers to join a long established (50+ years), linked to PRIMIS Mortgage Network’s Mortgage Advisory operation.

The linked partner firm are a 150 + advisor business based in the South and operate as a DA business.

The role benefits from complete flexibility and obviously the enhanced earnings that come with Self Employment within Mortgage Advisory.

The main draw for advisors within this firm are the brand, the reliable lead source, and the incredible comms splits.

• £60K-£90K realistic year one OTE
• High-quality, warm leads (10 - 15 leads per month)
• 250k average loan sizes
• Competitive commission splits - Leads provided we pay 50% of 97% of the GROSS
• Initial support package of £2,000 per month for your first 4 months
• Commission paid on Offer for your first 6 months
