Job summary

PRIMIS Mortgage Network is recruiting a home working / field-based AREA COMPLIANCE / SUPERVISION MANAGER to cover the North West region. You will supervise Advisors across the network, ensuring regulatory standards are met and delivering training where needed.

Applicants must have supervisory experience in mortgage compliance, a full UK driving license, and CeMAP (or equivalent). Equity Release qualification is desirable.

Qualifications

• Experience supervising mortgage advisors and appointed representatives.
• Strong understanding of regulatory requirements and lending standards.
• Ability to develop training plans and evaluate performance.

Responsibilities

• Ensure compliance with in-house and regulators' procedures for ARs.
• Monitor ARs for standards and risk ratings; follow up on actions.
• Coach and train Advisors; produce reports and development plans.
• Identify improvement areas and communicate action plans with deadlines.
• Deliver training with the PRIMIS training team as needed.
• Demonstrate industry knowledge to perform the role effectively.
• Support needs identification and additional assistance where required.
• Supervise Advisors under the approved training/competence scheme.
