PRIMIS Mortgage Network is seeking experienced Mortgage & Protection Brokers to join a long-established, 50+ year old operation linked to LSL Property Services plc. Roles offer complete flexibility, excellent lead sources, and strong commission splits.

This intake targets existing experienced brokers; remote, UK-wide, with high-quality warm leads (10-15 per month) and £60k-£90k OTE in year one. Initial support of £2,000/month for four months and full lender panel access are included.

Qualifications

• Fully qualified CeMAP 123 Mortgage & Protection Brokers.
• Experience in advising on mortgage products and protection.
• Existing brokers encouraged to apply.

Responsabilités

PRIMIS Mortgage Network are seeking approaches from fully qualified (CeMAP 123) Mortgage & Protection Brokers to join a long established (50+ years), linked to PRIMIS Mortgage Network’s Mortgage Advisory operation.

The linked partner firm are a 150 + advisor business based in the South and operate as a DA business.

The role benefits from complete flexibility and obviously the enhanced earnings that come with Self Employment within Mortgage Advisory.

The main draw for advisors within this firm are the brand, the reliable lead source, and the incredible comms splits.

This is a grown up very well-run business with no false promises and the all-important lead source is one to trust.

• £60K-£90K realistic year one OTE

• 250k average loan sizes
• Competitive commission splits - Leads provided we pay 50% of 97% of the GROSS
• Initial support package of £2,000 per month for your first 4 months
