PRIMIS Mortgage Network, part of LSL Property Services plc, seeks experienced Mortgage & Protection Brokers to join its long-established advisory operation. This self-employed role offers full remote work from anywhere in the UK, with warm leads and generous commissions.

Expect OTE £60k-£90k in year one, 10-15 leads monthly, £2,000 monthly support for the first 4 months, and no network or software costs, plus admin and marketing tools.

Competenze

• CeMAP 1-3 qualification required.
• Experienced in mortgage and protection advisory.

Mortgage Advisor - Self Employed - Home Working + Leads provided

PRIMIS Mortgage Network are seeking approaches from fully qualified (CeMAP 123) Mortgage & Protection Brokers to join a long established (50+ years), linked to PRIMIS Mortgage Network’s Mortgage Advisory operation.

The linked partner firm are a 150 + advisor business based in the South and operate as a DA business.

The role benefits from complete flexibility and obviously the enhanced earnings that come with Self Employment within Mortgage Advisory.

The main draw for advisors within this firm are the brand, the reliable lead source, and the incredible comms splits.

This is a grown up very well-run business with no false promises and the all-important lead source is one to trust.

• £60K-£90K realistic year one OTE
• High-quality, warm leads (10 - 15 leads per month)
• 250k average loan sizes
• Competitive commission splits - Leads provided we pay 50% of 97% of the GROSS
• Initial support package of £2,000 per month for your first 4 months
