Leonardo Hotels in Manchester is seeking a Cluster Director of Sales for the North West to oversee B2B segments and drive commercial strategy across a small hotel cluster. You will work with the Central Sales team and hotel managers to grow revenue from corporate, group, and M&E accounts.

The role requires an experienced sales leader capable of influencing at multiple levels, with strong negotiation skills and a track record of delivering performance in a fast-paced hospitality environment.

Qualifications

• Senior sales leader with experience in driving revenue growth across corporate, group and M&E segments.
• Proven track record in contracting, negotiation and high-value client management.
• Strong leadership and collaboration across multi-hotel clusters.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute the cluster sales strategy for the North West hotels.
• Drive revenue growth from corporate, group and M&E segments through conversion and retention.
• Forecast, report and manage budgets with Area Sales Director input.
• Lead and coach junior cluster sales teams and ensure CRM usage meets standards.
• Represent the brand at meetings, events and cross-functional reviews.
