Job summary

Leonardo Hotels in Manchester seeks a Cluster Director of Sales for the North West. You will drive revenue growth across a multi-hotel cluster, shaping commercial strategy and budgets while leading a small sales team.

You’ll convert Group and M&E enquiries, maintain key client relationships, and work with Central Sales to align activity with strategy. Travel in the UK & Ireland and overseas may be required.

Qualifications

• Senior sales leadership with experience in multi-hotel clusters.
• Proven ability to convert group & M&E enquiries.
• Strong negotiation and client-relations skills.
• Experience with budgeting and forecasting.

Responsibilities

• Develop market insight to grow revenue across the cluster.
• Lead contract negotiations to maximise profitability.
• Forecast sales results and prepare management reports.
• Coach and manage junior sales team.
