Job summary

Leonardo Hotel Liverpool seeks a Cluster Director of Sales to oversee B2B segments across a cluster of hotels in the North West. You will influence commercial strategy, manage key accounts, negotiate contracts and deliver regular reporting to senior management.

Travel across the UK & Ireland may be required as part of cross-hotel coordination. You will coach a small team, work with Central Sales, and contribute to annual budgeting and sales planning while maintaining strong client relationships.

Qualifications

• Experience leading and managing individuals/teams and driving sales performance in a fast-moving environment.
• Strong negotiation and relationship-building skills with a commercial mindset.
• Excellent communication and ability to present the Leonardo brand convincingly to win new business.

Responsibilities

• Develop an in-depth understanding of local hotel markets and competitor activity to inform strategy.
• Drive revenue growth across corporate, groups, M&E, and events by converting and retaining key accounts.
• Forecast, report and participate in budgeting; manage and coach a junior cluster sales team; ensure CRM usage.
