Job summary

Precision Hire is seeking a Business Development Partner to cover the North West England with a flexible, home-based setup and travel to meet clients. The role offers a base salary with uncapped commission on every introduced client, plus a day rate for associates where applicable.

The arrangement can be part time, full time, or associate, with pro rata pay and strong earning potential. You will leverage an established network, build strategic connections across industries, and open doors for

Qualifications

• Established network of North West business owners, MDs or advisers.
• Track record of turning relationships into business.
• Full driving licence and access to your own car.

Responsibilities

• Introduce Precision Hire to business owners, MDs and senior leaders in your network.
• Build referral partnerships with accountants, solicitors, brokers, banks and business groups.
• Represent Precision Hire at chambers of commerce and networking events across the region.
• Arrange introductions and meetings with the right decision makers.
• Maintain simple records of relationships and share updates with the founder.
