CYNGOR CELFYDDYDAU CYMRU is recruiting for a Programme Manager to oversee Open RWCMD activities in North Wales. The role supports youth pathways, partner engagement, and talent development across communities, schools, and venues.

The position focuses on coordinating a broad network of colleges, music services, families and potential students, acting as a regional ambassador for RWCMD.

Responsibilities

• Support a proactive engagement strategy to deepen the College's impact and profile in North Wales.
• Coordinate teaching and facilitation placements for RWCMD students.
• Support young professionals and students with opportunities and curated pathways in music and drama.
• Assist North Wales recruitment, corporate profile, strategic engagement, alumni and events.
• Collaborate with other departments to deliver the College’s vision and strategy.
