Job summary

CYNGOR CELFYDDYDAU CYMRU is seeking a Programme & Relationship Manager (Wales & South West) to support gifted young musicians from low-income backgrounds with impactful programmes and one-to-one guidance.

You will develop partnerships across arts organisations, schools and music education hubs, while championing youth voice and co-production. The role requires base in Wales or the South West, with remote work and occasional visits to London.

Qualifications

• Practising musician with experience teaching or working with children and young people.
• Experience organising music events and concerts.
• Established network in music or education sectors.
• Willing to work in Wales or the South West and remotely.

Responsibilities

• Develop and deliver high-quality programmes and partnerships for young musicians.
• Support gifted young musicians from low-income backgrounds with guidance and coaching.
• Build and maintain partnerships with arts organisations, schools and music education hubs across Wales and the South West.
